During summer 2018 two young scientists, Yasemine and Hannah (HLUW Yspertal) worked on the topic “micro plastics in front of our doors”. The two girls analysed the content of micro plastic of the river Ybbs and its degradability in sludge. Their work was nominated for the Bundesfinale Jungendinnovativ (for further information see: https://www.jugendinnovativ.at/news/beitrag/news/siegerinnen-und-sieger-2018-ausgezeichnet-1/).
