Since 10.05.2022, TCKT has been a 100% subsidiary of the FH Upper Austria, which was notarized yesterday in a notarial act. This further strengthens the long-standing cooperation and allows better use of synergies between TCKT and FH Upper Austria. For our customers and project partners, nothing will change as a result of the new ownership structure - they will be served in the usual way at a high level, and TCKT, as an independent unit, will continue to offer fast and efficient processing of their requests as usual.
