The 38th conference of the Polymer Processing Society (PPS) took place in St. Gallen at the end of May. The TCKT was there, as it had been several times before, and this year contributed to the scientific programme with six presentations by Barbara Liedl, Doris Ostner, Bianca Purgleitner, Nina Wolfsgruber, Christoph Strasser and Thomas Höftberger. The conference offered young researchers in particular an excellent opportunity to present their work and make new professional contacts. The topics of the presentations were very diverse and ranged from composites and 3D printing to recycling and the production of sustainable materials. The high quality of the presentations and the Swiss hospitality definitely made this conference a very successful event.
